Here is what you need: 1 cup cooked white rice I used jasmine 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables I used peas, carrots, corn, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, and green beans 3 eggs beaten 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon sesame oil 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1/3 cup vegetable oil 1/3 cup flour 1/3 cup milk 1/3 cup chopped scallions Directions: Heat wok over medium heat. Add oil and swirl to coat. Add egg and scramble. Remove from pan and set aside. In same pan add rice, vegetables, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Stir fry until vegetables are tender.
