Refrigerate the cheese for about 6 hours. Take the cheese out of the refrigerator. Unwrap the cheese. Put the cheese on a cutting board. Use a sharp knife to slice the cheese. Wrap the slices individually in wax paper. Keep the wrapped cheese in the refrigerator.
