How often do you eat out at restaurants?
If you’re anything like me, you probably go to restaurants at least once or twice per week.
I love going out to eat because I get to try new dishes and enjoy delicious food.
But sometimes, I don’t really know what I’m ordering.
That’s why I decided to create a simple recipe for you to make at home.
I was inspired to create this recipe after reading my mom cook her famous rolls from scratch.
She always makes them with fresh ingredients and they taste amazing.
This recipe is super quick and easy to make.
All you need is flour, yeast, water, salt, butter, eggs, milk, and sugar.
This recipe is perfect for those who want to save time and effort.
The rolls are light and fluffy, and they taste great.
They also freeze well, so you can make them ahead of time and reheat them later

How To Raise The Dough

First, we need to mix the flour, yeast, salt, sugar, and milk together. Then, we need to knead the dough until smooth. After that, we need to let the dough rest for about 10 minutes. We roll the dough into balls and put them into a greased bowl. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit for 1 hour. After that, we take the dough out of the bowl and shape it into rolls. We brush the rolls with egg wash and bake them in the oven for 15 minutes.

How To Shape The Knots

We need to cut the dough into pieces and roll each piece into ropes. Then, we need two knots on each rope. We tie the knots using our fingers. After that, we place the ropes onto the baking sheet. We brush the knots with egg wash and bake the knots in the oven for 20 minutes.

Do I Need This Much Butter?

Butter is a fat that is used in cooking because it adds flavor and richness to dishes. It is also used to help prevent sticking during cooking. But butter does not always taste good. For instance, if you put too much butter into a dish, it could turn out greasy. So how much butter is enough? Well, the rule of thumb is to use about 1/2 cup 1 stick of butter per pound of meat. That means if you are making a 4-pound roast, you would need 2 cups of butter. However, if you are using butter to saute vegetables, you only need about 3 tablespoons per pound.

After seasoning the meat, put it into a bowl and let it sit overnight. In the morning, take the meat out of the refrigerator and form it into a log shape. Put the log onto a cutting board and slice it into 1/2 inch slices. Now, place the slices back into the fridge until ready to use. To make the rolls, first, take the slices out of the fridge and let them warm up for about 10 minutes. Take a piece of wax paper and lay it down on a flat surface. Lay the slices down on top of the wax paper. Cover the slices with another sheet of wax paper. Roll the slices tightly. Once rolled, remove the wax paper and refrigerate the rolls.
